Pat Kennedy

I am a retired teacher in secondary schools and in further education. I was also a governor in a nursery school for fifteen years before I became a Local Authority governor at St Francis School in 2012. I am currently one of the Labour Councillors for Lye Valley and I am a member of the City Executive Board with responsibility for Young People, Schools and Skills. As a governor, I am a member of the Resources Committee and play an active role in the meetings of the governing body. I also enjoy coming to school events , for example musicals and parent consultation evenings.
